How often do you get MORE than you ever expected?
We knew we wanted a web based business. After months of research we decided that a dating or social type of site was for us - but had no clue where to start. More research. We examined every possability out there and left no options uncovered. We examined and did a full analysis of the best there is on the internet.
MySpace, YouTube, eHarmony, Friendfinder, even Yahoo! personals. Sites that employ programmers and database managers full time. But how can the little guy even come close to competing with them?
Then we found ABK Soft and their products.
From the beginning we took the position that this was all too good to be true. A software package that someone else had developed that had all the best features of all the best social and dating sites on the internet? We full expected to pay ten’s of thousands of dollars for such a product. Then there are the fees for hosting, servers, bandwidth, etc. We took our time and asked the folks at ABK Soft many questions.
A SOLUTION FOR UNDER $1,000.00?
We honestly did not believe it. There had to be a catch. Hidden fees. Or this product just couldn’t be all they said it would be. But with the price being so innexpensive we decided that we could afford to make a mistake - and decided to try AbleDating. We found a service to host the site, registered the name, and began the installation. We knew that with a product this complex that it would be a week long ordeal. They said that their automatic installer would do almost all of it for us. Once again, we were a bit unsure.
IT WAS SET UP AND RUNNING THAT EVENING.
There were a few bugs to be worked out - and ABK Soft not only had them resolved quickly, but in many instances would log into our site, fix the challenge WITHIN HOURS and not even ask us to do a thing. Most companies don’t want to help after the initial sale, and these folks did so without ever charging one more penny.
We had server challenges and changed hosting sites. ABK Soft worked with us and helped us to change hosts - and it was not even their problem! These folks are not just software designers and developers but truly act as PARTNERS with their clients - a truly rare thing to find these days.
We decided to re-design our site and went to them for help once again. Their graphic artists had a full site rendering inside of a week based on our design - and it was PHENOMINAL. We started our site well over a year ago. And it has grown FAST. We are now getting over 1000 users a day and 10 - 15 new users DAILY. (Figure out what you would charge each new user - and you do the math!) Also, we do NO out of pocket advertising.
In conclusion, this product is more than we could have ever hoped for. The customer service before - during - and after the sale is the best I have EVER run across. (I have run a technical customer service helpdesk for a fortune 50 company and it wasn’t even close to this good) Your graphic artists are amoungst the best in the world and our site design is more than I had dreamed of - and I have a great imagination.
Our site is a HUGE success now. We’ve been interviewed on the radio, had articles written about us, and are happy customers. And to be totally honest - TOTALLY honest - the entire reason for it is ABK Soft. If it was not for them we could not have come close to achieving what we have. It is good to know that we have an unfair advantage in the marketplace.
That unfair advantage is AbleDating and the great folks at ABK Soft that wrote it. There are some things in life and business that anyone would be dumb for doing. This is one of those things that you’d be dumb not to do.
