My name is Henry from Singapore. I purchased a Mixer dating script from ABK recently and have.
This is a testimony in points form from me :
1. The Mixer script is one of the best I have seen , in terms of features and appearance , though this is my first dating site.
2. Pre-sale Inquiry through skype is the most helpful in helping me feel comfortable to buy this script. There is always someone there to answer my questions. Demitry , Julian , Frank and Mikhail has been most helpful and polite. ( of course some others which I did not asked for names )
3. During installation , Vincient has personally helped me expedited the setup. I am impressed with his honesty too , when I asked for one flash file .fla which he told me ABK misplaced it.
4. Your technical support team doing the tickets are very professional. People like Vlad who did my Chinese language file. Gary and Alexandra who did my other issues. Special thanks also goes to Mikhail Cherkassy who gave me personal advise when I was considering a change in hosting service. I managed to tell Vistapages to increase memory. ( unfortunately my site is still facing error per ticket KHS-174928 ) ABK team is working on it now. Oh boy - I really did not sleep for almost 4 weeks , because I really need my site to be fully operational.
5. Your ticket system is good. At times I ran out of patient and skype your pre-sale inquiry. They are most helpful in passing the message to the technical support.
6. In summary - ABK has an excellent product and a strong and professional team. Please pass my salute to them. ( both pre-sales and technical support )

The following are just additional comments : ( you may take it as for information only , not a testimony )
1. Many time , I could not login to ftp and cpanel. ABK team faced the same issue too , as can be seen in the tickets. I got Vistapages to correct that. This is hosting issue and just for your information.
2. My latest issue is when I am sandwiched in between server problem or script problem. Obviously , communication is an issue. I am not a technical guy. Having to tell Vistapages and ABK the issues was a nightmare for me ….
3. Eventually Mikhail gave me exact “sentence” to tell Vistapages , per ticket KHS-174928. This has helped a lot as I just copy and paste instruction to hosting services.
Now Vistapages has increased the memory to 128mb per request. But I faced some error per listed in ticket. I am confident that ABK can get this resolved soon.
Any final help very much appreciated !
