Great! When I looked for a dating script, I visited many websites, like you. Finally, I chose ABK by what seemed to me the script’s most forward-looking. Many things are changed in ABK since my purchase: the script is better, support is better. I also read bad reviews on ABK but I sincerely believe that these people do not work in development.
There are always little bugs in software that is changing rapidly: this is sometimes the case with products ABK. But it is not the most important, most important is that these
bugs are fixed. I worked 10 years in business development and minor bugs cited by some people does not hinder me because they are corrected quickly and updates are free. So I do not see the problem. It is obvious that you can not buy a product as powerful as those of abk without working a minimum (Proverb: we can’t become a mechanic without putting our hands in the sludge, no?). Regarding helpdesk, it suits me, the answers are quick and problems are resolved. Do not be impatient when you post a problem on the helpdesk.
You think nevertheless that the ABK team await your tickets in front of their screens. You know ABK don’t earn money with the helpdesk, no? They also work and rightly so
the number of ticket posted decreases. It’s mathematical and logical : sell more products with bugs = more helpdesk tickets = more work to resolve trouble = more
dissatisfied customer = less order = ABK out. Frankly, I do not think this is the goal of ABK and you? Personally, I always received prompt replies (sometimes in less than an hour) and never after more than 24 hours.
The advantage with software ABK is that they are very comprehensive, but more importantly, you do not require any use. Personally I have not enabled certain functions
that do not interest me. You can also see solutions ABK as a universal solution: rather than ordering a single software license with a unique template, I recommend to take the
package without ullimited domains / single template. Why ? It’s so simple, firstly, you must make your template for your visual identity (that is also an economy and you make it as you want, I think it’s better ) but especially with the ullimited domains package, you can install software ABK on several websites with different options actived. It’s better for your business and so you can see what your sites that appeal most to visitors.
Try to find better elsewhere, it will be very difficult! It’s a good job, guys! (special
